Established in 2009, 2812 architecture is a dynamic S corporation rooted in a rich history of architectural excellence, proudly serving Snohomish County and the greater city of Everett for over 30 years. Our singular office, located in Everett, Washington, is licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As the sole owner, Adam Clark oversees every facet of architecture and business operations, lending his expertise to each project in an advisory and leadership capacity. Supported by a dedicated team, 2812 collectively drives the design and production of projects, ensuring a holistic approach to architectural solutions.
With a diverse portfolio spanning both public and private sectors, we have successfully completed numerous projects across the state and beyond. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including Feasibility Studies, Building Analysis, Programming, Pre-Design Work, Code Research and Resolution, Interior Design, Tenant Improvements, Project & Master Planning, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Warranty Compliance, and more.
